Peter brings extensive experience across TAFE, professional associations, and diverse industry sectors, specialising in stakeholder engagement for education projects in learning and assessment, business professional development, and the management of organisational operations and key funded initiatives. His career spans both Australia and international markets, where he has collaborated with government departments and agencies to promote and advance Australia’s vocational education system.
In his role as Stakeholder Engagement Manager at ForestWorks, Peter oversees engagement within the Forestry, Wood Processing, and Pulp & Paper sectors. He will actively foster relationships with industry groups, unions, government agencies, and training organisations. By developing and implementing strategic stakeholder engagement plans, Peter aims to strengthen partnerships, support ForestWorks’ goals, and drive new opportunities for collaboration. His efforts will focus on enhancing industry understanding and addressing the evolving workforce training needs of these sectors.
Peter has corporate and educational governance acumen, having served on industry reference committees and boards, including as a board member of Timber Communities Australia.
